RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Urvasi, every order is packed with care and quality checks to ensure you receive your jewellery in perfect condition. Since most of our pieces are unique, limited, and delicate, we follow a strict return policy. We kindly request customers to review product descriptions, sizes, materials, and photos before placing an order.

Returns or replacements are only accepted in the case of valid concerns such as damage, missing items, or wrong products received. Casual return requests (example: dislike of product, colour/size expectations, change of mind) are not eligible.

MISSING, WRONG or DAMAGED ITEMS

In case your order arrives with a missing, incorrect, or damaged item, we’re here to help. Please email us at urvasionlineshop@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.

For verification, we request:

•A complete unboxing video (without any cuts/edits)

Clear photos of the product and outer package

Kindly note: Requests raised after 24 hours or without proper proof may not be eligible for support.

UNDELIVERED/ RETURNED ORDERS

If your package is returned to us because the courier was unable to reach you, the address was incorrect, or the delivery was not accepted, it will be marked as an undelivered/returned order.

We are happy to re-send the package, but re-shipping charges will apply.

Kindly note that complete refund will not be processed for orders that return to us due to this. However, you’ll be eligible for partial refund deducting the shipping charges from the order amount.

KINDLY NOTE:

  • We do not offer product exchanges after delivery. We request customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.
  • If the product is eligible for return and refund, the item must be sent back in its original condition, unused, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Products returned in used, damaged, altered, or incomplete condition will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • Returns are not eligible for reasons such as product not meeting personal expectations in terms of size, colour, finish, or liking.
